Booking & Payment

Full payment must be completed no later than 12 hours prior to delivery using the preferred payment method. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment is received in full.

Message Submission

If you are providing a custom message, it must be received no later than 12 hours prior to your delivery time. If no message is provided by this deadline, we will deliver a generic message and sign your first name on the telegram.

Arrival & Delivery Procedures

Upon arrival, the messenger will contact the designated contact person. If there is no response within 5 minutes, the messenger will proceed inside (when permitted) to locate the recipient and complete the delivery at the scheduled time. Once contact is made, the messenger may wait up to 15 minutes to begin the delivery, or until the final 5 minutes of the delivery window, whichever comes first.

If the recipient is not immediately available, we will make reasonable efforts to locate them within the scheduled delivery window.

Recipient Availability & No-Show Policy​

If our messenger arrives as arranged and is unable to complete the delivery due to recipient unavailability, no refund will be offered. In these situations, we may offer a rescheduled delivery at a discounted rate, when feasible.

Safety & Conduct

While we strive to create a fun and memorable experience, we cannot guarantee any specific reaction or response from the recipient. If at any time the messenger is asked to leave the premises, they will do so immediately, primarily for their personal safety. We reserve the right to end a performance if conditions are unsafe, hostile, or inappropriate.

Cancellations & Refunds

All services are non-refundable. Deliveries may be rescheduled at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Any refunds granted due to cancellation are issued solely at the discretion of management and will be subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee to compensate for holding the messenger’s scheduled time.

Customization & Additional Requests

Your booking includes our standard singing telegram services as discussed during your initial consultation or booking. Any additional customization, special requests, or changes that were not requested or discussed at the time of booking may incur additional fees. We encourage clients to discuss all special requests in advance so there are no surprises.
